Information you give us

• Consultation requests: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you're interested in, your preferred appointment date and time, and your message.
• Community launch list: your name, email address, your area of interest, and your consent to receive emails.
• Emails and calls: anything you choose to share when you contact us directly.

Please do not send sensitive information through our forms, such as Social Security numbers, account numbers, or copies of your credit reports.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit. The Site does not currently use advertising cookies or analytics tracking. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy.

How we use your information

• To respond to your questions and schedule and confirm consultations.
• To provide the services you request from us.
• To send launch updates and news about our community, only if you asked to receive them.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
• To comply with legal obligations.

How we share your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for them to do that work:

• Formspree, which processes and delivers the forms you submit on this Site.
• Hostinger, which hosts this Site.
• Our email provider, which we use to reply to you and send updates you requested.

Our online community is hosted on Skool. When you join the community on Skool, Skool's own privacy policy and terms apply to the information you give them.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.

Email communications

If you join our launch list, we will send you emails about the Scoreforge community and our services. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also unsubscribe at any time by emailing support@scoreforgeacademy.com. We will still send you messages related to any consultation you have requested.

How long we keep information

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes described above, for our business records, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

How we protect information

The Site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and we limit access to your information to people who need it to serve you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can opt out of marketing emails at any time. Depending on where you live, state law may give you additional rights. We honor these requests for all of our users. To make a request, email support@scoreforgeacademy.com or call 435-253-6297. We may need to verify your identity before we act on a request.

Our Site does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals because it does not track you across other websites.

Children's privacy

The Site and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other websites

The Site links to other websites, such as Skool and Google Maps. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be posted on the Site.
